Post subject: Network Availability Number
For the past week all calls from a specific number have been routed to my Network Availability Number. All other calls go through with no problems. I tried the
Vonage
line when talking to this person who's call has been routed to NAN (land line) and the dail tone is fine. Customer Service is not sure why this is happening and think it might be the RTP300. Has this ever happened to anyone? If so how was it fixed?

You might want to have a talk with your ISP. It could be that there's an internet connectivity issue with the special caller's area.

Thanks for the input. What I find strange is that prior to November 2nd all these calls would come through no problem.
Cheers

Not too strange if some link in the Internet system has gone down recently.
