Hi, I signed up for the $24.99 unlimited plan back on October 22nd and had not received my phone adapter after more than a week so I called customer support on the 31st and they sent out another adapter that was to be shipped 2nd day. Its not the 7th and I still have not received either of the two adapters which were supposedly shipped (I say supposedly because I checked the tracking numbers that are in my account but nothing shows up on the DHL site which is linked)
I had my number transferred over on the 31st, thinking that the adapter would have shipped by then but it hasn't and now I have not had a landline since then.
I must say, I am quite dissapointed as of current, if the first month had not have been free I would have cancelled by now. I am almost tempted to go the local computer store and buy a phone adapter but I was supposed to receive one from Vonage so I'm a bit reluctant to.
I have checked and double checked my address and other info, it is all correct, if they need a person to be there when it is shipped perhaps they can ship it to my work instead of my apartment.
I would very much like to see this resolved, I am quite interedted in Voip but if I don't receive the right equipment, it is quite difficult to try it out. |

Based on the feedback I've seen so far, I'd recommend to any new Vonage customer that they pick up their adapter at a local store and use the "Retail Activation" feature. Of course, in your case, I don't know if you can do that. I'd call Customer Service and see if they can just activate a retail-purchased one for your existing account. |

Vniow, I would call the shipping company with the tracking numbers and see if they can shed some light on this. Vonage ships adapters all the time. It makes no sense that they would screw this up and continue to do so. |

DHL left the adapter right in front of my door and left! I was lucky I was home to pick it up. Otherwise, someone could have taken it!
But, if tracking does not show that it has been delivered, then it has not. Contact DHL. |

I called customer service (again) the day after I posted this and they said that some of their shipping procedures had changed on the day I ordered and mine got lost in the mix. So they released it for shipping and gave me my next month free since I was never able to use the first one. 
Heres to hoping it ships soon, otherwise I'll give them another call (they actually told me to follow up on it if I didn't receive any conformation in the next couple of days). |
