I have two lines with CID boxes and a phone that all display the incorrect time. Looked at settings on RTP300 but could not find one. Any ideas?

The time should reset to the correct time when you receive an incoming call - the time info is provided with the callerid. If you just installed your adapter or reset it, you can have the incorrect time until you have a new incoming call.

Well. That is not the case. Just received a call a minute ago. It rang 3 times and the caller ID is still displaying a time that is 5 hours off. I think it is using GMT. Thought there was a setting on the adapter but there does not appear to be.

Log into your Vonage account at www.vonage.com and click on the Account tab. See what it says for "Time Zone" If incorrect, click on "Edit Account Information" and change it to whatever your time zone is. Even if it's correct, you can try temporarily changing it to an incorrect time zone, then changing back to the correct one. That should reset it. If, after doing so, it still doesn't, power cycle your RTP300 (unplug, wait 30 seconds and plug it back in). The next time you receive a call, it should correct itself.

Maaz, Thanks for the idea. I checked it and it was set correctly. "I DO NOT WANT TO CALL Vonage" Mad . But I may have to unless someone else has any ideas.

Stupid question: I assume you've power-cycled the RTP300 (for at least 30 seconds, preferably a minute) to make sure the setting got to your RTP300?

If so, Vonage CS may be able to force your account settings back down to your adapter.

Have you tried this yet? This has worked for others in the past.

Yep. Tried it and it does not work. When I have about 45 mins to kill on hold, I will call Vonage Customer Support. Lol Thanks for the input.
