Since I changed over it has been problem after problem. I have corrected most of the issues. My current issue that I can't seem to correct and this is causing my phone to be unusable is that my connections sound like a bad cellphone connection, breaking up all the time to the point where you have to yell "

My wife is ready to kill me for changing over. Help me get off the couch please..

2. Your ISP name and type (cable, DSL, wireless etc)
3. Upload and download speeds
4. Modem make and model
5. Type of Vonage adapter used ie RTP300
6. Setup of Network ie Modem---->Vonage Adapter-->PC
7. Issue you are experiencing ie dropped calls, choppy audio etc
8. DETAILED results from www.testyourvoip.com with a test call to Boston.
9. Phone(s) being used and if you're connected to your house's phone wiring

1. Mobile, Alabama

Ask your ISP for the URL of your modem.
It'll test your patience getting this out of them.
Or, maybe there is a discussion group for your modem that can help you.

Look at its error log. Note the timestamps. See if the bad Vonage connections have a matching timestamp in the modem's error log,

Thanks for the reply. I am having Medicom come out and work a line issue that was discovered after running several speed test. WIll post the results.

Had Mediacom replace cable modem and things seem to be better. Haven't had the call breakup. Getting much better speed test results and QOS.
