Post subject: Having problems with router once again.
I just recieved a new router from
Vonage
looks used and scuffed by the way. Well problem is I can't surf the web on it and I get no dial tone. My dlink router works fine. But when I plug in the RTP300 it gets an IP and DNS from the ISP but I try to ping a any website and it says host unreachable. Any help would be appreciated.

What happens if you just plug in the RTP300 directly to the modem as a test? (w/o your router)

When you try that experiment, please check your upload and download speeds, and check call quality at
www.testyourvoip.com.
Let us know the results.
