Stretch- Re-read what the answer that I gave you and quoted above. Change "cancelled the transfer" to "had the transfer denied". |

He and I discussed the change last night and that may be the answer. It is of no matter just a curious change in policy. When I originally questioned the re-touting of my calls Vonage called my attention to the rules that were in the contract or something. There is no harm as I say I was just curious. |

yup. Being denied for the LOA means that Vonage no longer has any rights to the POTS number. Hence, when you dial it now, it rings to his POTS line instead of Vonage. I doubt that this is a change in policy on the part of Vonage since the LOA was denied. |
