Well I am saddened (wait, frustrated!) to say, now my one-way calls happen on both ends. Last night, a few calls I couldn't hear the other person.
This is so strange.
One more question if anyone knows please...
For the broadband saver options, I know that it changes codecs right? I had it set to 50. One thing I notice is that my problems ONLY happen on outbound calls. If people call us (as they did last night -- the called us back), all is well. I'm told that on outbound calls, we sound far away. A result of the codec?
Inbound calls, I'm told we sound loud and clear!
Leads me to think, does the codec change only work for outbound? i.e. on outbound calls it is set to 50 but inbound, 90?
Just strange why my problems only exist outbound. But then again, I suppose the data could be hopping across different routers on the way in..
