try the bandwidth saver first. that could potentially save you from having to do anything. |

I just got off the phone with Sprint and for $20 month more I can bump the DSL to 1.5 DL and 384 upload so helpfully that will take care of it. It is a business line and I really can't take chances on dropped calls, static calls, etc. Worth the extra $20 IF that takes care of it! |

I did try that first and the tech guy tried it as well...he tried several different settings including the bandwidth at 30 and then would call me back and couldn't hear me.... |
