Patience and refrain can be difficult for those of us who may have some technical advantage. I sometimes bite my tongue at work when I get called to change a setting on what I consider a simple machine. But give me a hole to patch in my floor at home and it all falls apart including my nerves. So let's pull back together and work this one out.
I suspect our friend may not even be writing us from an English speaking country. Let's try to guide him through this one. I know one of us can help.
Hopefully we will hear if he solved the problem with the firmware "downgrade". If not, I have some other ideas.
Can he use an open Linksys router and then have both the Netgear router for work and the PAP2 hooked to the Linksys? I know it is spending a little extra, but I bet it would work. The savings with Vonage will outweigh the cost of an extra router. |

Hey Trowski, Take a lesson from Galion who up to this point has the BEST attitude. I just did. If you can't then maybe it's time for you to take the hike. [B][U] |
