Post subject: Is Vonage up and running now?
I lost connection this afternoon and I tried to go to the
Vonage
website and I couldn't connect nor could I connect to the canada site. I can connect to other sites like this (since I'm posting right now). I'm located in Kentucky.

I am showing the adapter as not provisioned...The tech support guy is trying to explain that maybe it is because of the fact my adapter is plugged into a surge protector...
I normally have good luck with tech support, but I had to explain to this guy how to get to the Voice tab under Status.

I guess I'm not the only one with problems and that rules out my equipment. The funny thing is that the
Vonage
service staus says no current service announcements. Hmmmmm!!

Out here in Maryland as well. At least this has never happened before to my knowledge. Hopefully it won't be long.

Post subject: PAP2 and two blue lights on
I have the power light on and the ethernet light on, but the lights for my two phone lines are out. Have you tried to connect to
www.vonage.com.
I can't connect to that or
www.vonage.ca.
Is anyone else having the same problem?

It better not be long. I have someone traveling 6 hrs from NC here and they are suppose to call me anytime when they arrive in the area so I can meet them and they can follow me here. This is NOT good at all.
