Download:4.85 Mbps
4. Modem make and model
Arris model #TM402P/110
5. Type of Vonage adapter used ie RT31P2 or PAP2
RT31P2
6. Setup of Network ie Modem---->Vonage Adapter-->PC
Modem->Vonage Adapter->Wireless Router->PC
also Modem->Wireless Router->Vonage Adapter->PC
I have set it up both ways, and still have same problem.
7. Issue you are experiencing ie dropped calls, choppy audio etc
I get breaks in the sound only on my end. It sounds like the other person got a caller-id beep, and I don't hear them for a few seconds. It only happens on my end. It happens with different phones in the house and quite often.

I have the same problem.
After using Skype and having the same problem, i believe it's my ISP though. |

You're getting a lot of packet discards. I'd talk with your ISP first, and then with Vonage customer service. It might be a good idea to reduce your bandwidth settings on the Vonage website. |
