well, the plot thickens. upon further research here, i discovered click-to-call is not meant to be used with any non-vonage lines. in other words, you can use it only with your Vonage line, not remotely.
i still wish i could change my forwarding & simulring services remotely. it would add to the convenience of these features.
i agree with your stance though. they must realize they're losing their customer base but they aren't doing much to keep those they still have on board.
on the flip side, it beats verizon on so many levels!!  |
