Two business lines were costing about $200 per month with features, taxes..., plus, you pay .02 per minute for local calls and .10 for LD. All told, the bill was +/- $700 per month, at the time. |

Since no one else will say it, ill say it.
1) Customer Service
The times i have used CS they have been friendly, helpfull, and the wait times were not half bad. Plus, 24/7 CS is great. No more rushing home to call before 5:00. |

I've said several times that CS has been pretty good lately. Don't ask me about Email, though perhaps I should give them another chance one of these days.... |

1. Price. I have the $15 plan and I've never need more! 2. Call quality - Just as good as landline. I've evaluated Sunrocket as an existing Vonage customer, and b boy, was Sunrocket just awful. I mean dreadful! 4. Simulring - I use this often. I don' t think any other Voip provider has this. 5. Reliability. Yes, Vonage has its qwirks now and then. <cough>Caller ID</cough>, but all things considered, it is reliable. 6. Network Availibility Number. This is useful when Vonage or your ISP goes down, or if you are moving your equipment. All Voip should have this, but they do not. |
