Hey gang,
What do you think about this feature suggestion for Vonage? We wrote Vonage about this but haven't heard back from them.
We feel that it's confusing that the voicemail folders that we get on on our home phone (by dialing *123) do NOT match the voicemail folders that we see when we log into the Vonage website.
When we listen to our voicemail on our home phone, we have 3 "folders": (1) new messages, (2) saved messages, and (3) deleted messages.
HOWEVER -- when we log into the Vonage website, we only have 2 folders: (1) inbox, and (2) deleted messages. The inbox is actually comprised of BOTH (1) new messages and (2) saved messages.
We think that it would be really great if Vonage changed the website to MATCH the voicemail when we call in from home. This would make things much easier for us... if the website actually had 3 folders: (1) new messages, (2) saved messages, and (3) deleted messages.
Also, on another note -- wouldn't it be great if the female voice on the home voicemail announced how many new AND saved messages you had at the very beginning? Currently, you have to go into the saved messages area to hear how many saved messages you have.
What do you guys think?
