I have been trying to get the repeat dialing when getting a busy signal, by doing # 5 as instructed, but it does not do anything. Is there anything I am missing? |

what adaptor are you using? and, did #5 work for you in the past? there are different instructions for different ATA's..
I have the RT31P2 and after the busy signal, you have to hang up, then pick up, dial #5 then hang up again.. some other ATA's you just dial #5 while hearing the busy signal, I'm not sure what the RTP300 uses..
also, this is from Vonage's site:
| Quote: | Note: Some telecommunication carriers are not yet compatible with Vonage Repeat Dialing. In these rare cases, Repeat Dialing may not be activated when you press #5.

I tried to hang up and to pick up and to do #5 again, and it worked.
Thank you very much.
It's kind of odd that it does not say that on the Vonage website. |

you're welcome
it is on teh site, but it's kinda hidden, http://www.vonage.ca/features.php?feature=repeat_dialing here is the feature page, and to the right is "user guide" under that title is 3 links, click Linksys Customers and there it is. |
