Post subject: Receiving calls to vonage were 9 is dialled as prefix!
Hi got my
Vonage
connection a few months ago, great quality, great price and great support. Only one problem I went into Abbey National bank to change mortgage and left my
Vonage
number as a point of contact, they claimed not to be able to contact me on it and that it just went dead when ringing. I even sat there when they tried to call and it did go dead! I guess some business require staff to dial 9 to get an outside line, does anybody know if this causes failure to contact to
Vonage
.
I want to upgrade to the business package and use
Voip
(vonage) for business but a bit worried if all 9 prefix calls are rejected, can anybody help?
Thanks
Rhys
