You can only get those speeds if you subscribe to their Voip? Sounds sketchy to me for an ISP to do that...
There is a number to call to cancel, I don't have it handy...Search on here and I am sure you can find it. |

Cable compines and their package deals what can I say. They claim the modem I have now can't do 15mbps and the omly ones that can are their Voip modems. |

15/2 sounds like verizon fios, although for those in brighthouse land, you can get 15/2 service but have to have...guess what...their digital phone (among other things). and as we all must know by now, ol randy lind is in brighthouse land. http://www.broadbandreports.com/shownews/68299 |

I agree, especially since I have brighthouse but not digital phone or digital cable, so I couldn't pay more for faster speeds even if I wanted to. |

That is just odd IMHO...you would think if nothing else they would put a premier price on it...oh well...
And can we please figure out where Wilma is going? She is making this weekend a bummer.... |

I talked to Vonage took 30mins to get someone and they said it would cost $41.17 to cancel. Don't get mad at me because I want 15/2.
Their digital phone sucked but at the time I left they were really just coming out of testing. I am with brighthouse and I got the 10/1 package but for about the same $$ I pay now why not get 15/2 if I can? |

Does that include the Voip service? Before I went with Vonage, I checked out the Bright House digital service, since they are my cable/ISP. It would have cost me $40 extra. |
