double check upload speed from the speed test on this forum.

Vonage says upload minimun is 90 kbps so 2 lines and downloading may be more than your connection can handle (90+90 only leaves 67 kbps for computer use) which may be why there is no problem with one line. (90 + 160 uploading) - Only flaw in this theory is that you didnt state whether the choppy audio happens on one or two calls.
