You'll love it Polarisdb...I like the speakerphone in the handsets quite a bit. They seem to have very high quality sound to them...Once we get a house up in RI/CT I will have to but a few more handsets... More toys! |

Well, I called customer service @ 1:36am to avoid the long hold times when i got home from work last night.. well, the customer service rep had better things to do than talk to me and simply said he would report my intermitent caller id to tech support and they will email me in 2 days..he indicated a large # of people having same problem and my firware was upgraded (he couldn't tell me when) and that they didn't know how to fix it... I ?nd the cadence indicated in previous posts and he said that wouldn't work and said I would get an email and disconnected my call!!!!! OMG.. i can deal with the ACR not working but caller id is such a basic feature this is rediculous... how can a firware upgrade be done without a kind of notification and didn't they test it??????
Anyone get a credit for service??
