Problem with incoming call

I have been receiving incoming calls with no problem. However, my parents told me today that when they are calling from Calgary, they get a recording "the number is not in service" when they are calling my Toronto Vonage number.

I haven't read the entire forum(s). Any information, or a point in the right direction would be great.

Are they using the right area code? Might they be using 416 out of habit instead of 647, perhaps?
