I noticed on the Vonage website whenever I login to my account, there's no real way to save your billing information in a nice way. It would be nice to be able to view and save our monthly statements in PDF format AND the ability to download our call details in some format (much like you download your bank transactions) for those of us who like to retain that kind of info.

You can install a PDF print driver and print your bill to that driver (instead of printing to a real printer), that's what I do. |

I have written a tool that will allow you to download call detail as an excel spreadsheet. The link is in my signature below. It works from the activity pages and not the call detail pages however so it does not include the billing information. |
