As the subject says I am looking at how to setup my ata-186 for my Vonage service to replace my existing pap-2. Would Vonage customer support gladly help me with this? I know I have MGCP software on ata-186 right now but will be changing it to the SIP version soon. I assume the change to SIP software is needed? Anything else I should know? Thank you all for your help ahead of time.

this is not possible.. they will nt do it, and no-one has successfullly done it.. sorry.. Vonage will only activate their own devices..
you may get away with the softphone service for use on it, but it's in addition to your monthly fee already and it has limited mins and such, also it may not even work.. do a search of the entire forums and you'll find some answers..

it may be possible, but we can't discuss them here.. there are other forums for discussion abou tother Voip providers.. do a www.google.com search and you'll find somehting..
