You cant have international call blocking on and use directory assistance. You have to allow international calls for some reason. Then directory assistance should work.

I have tried numerous UK directory enquiries numbers starting with 118 with international call barring enabled and disabled and with both settings after dialing the 6 digit number I get the fast brrr-brrr-brrr dial tone. Thanks for the suggestion tho.
I have also yet to receive an official response from Vonage on this as well, no reply to my email yet
