Post subject: More than one ATA in one house
First let me say I have been a
Vonage
customer since April and I think it is great.
My question is can two different
Vonage
services in the same house be connected to a highspeed cable connection using a router and two ATA's. In other words my younger brother is living at my parents house. He now has a separate landline phone connections then they do. But they share the cable internet connection via a router. Which is just a simple home network. Both my brother and my parents are interested in
Vonage
but would like to continue having separate lines.
Is it possible?

It looks like
Vonage
is going to be releasing a Voice plan for the second port soon. When they do that you will be able to have two voice lines on the same ATA.
This will not solve the bandwidth issue, but it will keep you from having to have two seperate accounts.
