I'd like to try vonage and keep my bell line before porting over and cancelling my land line. Is there any fee or issues with getting a new vonage number for now, and then if i like the service, requesting they port my Bell number over to replace it?
Thanks. |

We recommend that you keep you existing phone line with you current carrier during the trial period. You can port the number at anytime. We do provide you a permanent or virtual number with our vonage device. Once you determine that Vonage is a great solution, we can start the porting process, usually takes approximately 20 days and the cost is $12.99 plus taxes.

Thanks for the info. Is this on their website somewhere? I just signed up, and i don't see any options anywhere once i login. Will customer care process this over the phone?
Thanks. |
