True, but alot of times I have technical jobs and the rates are too low from my client that a US based consultant would not want to make...

Well my first adapter arrived at the home office today, The one that was supposed to be sent out over night. And the other one I received a call back from a supervisor who assured me that the package would arrive today (Wed) at our store location. She of course was american and understood my problems. Also I might add that she stated to me 'Business customers should not have to go out in purchase an adapter at a retail outlet. That is for home users who see it in a store and want to try our services. Business clients should always feel comfortable ordering from our website and with our sales guys " She also stated that "We have had a lot of complaints about our sales people not placing orders correctly because of the language barriers and are thinking of changing our call center. She was very nice and assured me once again that the Vonage adapter would be there today by 12pm.

Everything looks like it will be fine today, just would have been a lot less stressfull to have the adapter sent on time, the first time.

Wow. It sounds like you are finally getting everything back on track. I'm glad to hear the latest person was very friendly. You must have their attention. Since she has connections call her back and ask her how things are going with Annonymous Call Rejection. Maybe you will have some luck there too. Lol

I feel doing more than one thing at a time will inhibit these professionals at Vonage.

originally when all tech support was in edison, nj, many employees were indian. edison apparently has one of the highest indian populations in the US. everyone thought support was outsourced when it wasn't, so I guess they decided to go ahead and do it anyway.
