Anyone else had this problem?

I've had 2 callers mention to me they've been unable to get through to my Vonage number. How many others have I missed because they couldn't get through, and they haven't told me?

The 2 callers who couldn't get through have said they've had a lot of noise on the line (they say a bit like a fax machine) and repeated attempts have the same issue, until they try again much later.
