Post subject: Calls Dropped followed by a 2 min outage (approx)
I have recently started having calls drop. It does not appear that the cable modem "online" light is off or blinking. Also I try to read the fourm and keep up and I noticed someone mentioned a time limit for calls dropped. I logged in to my

accout to try and track this and noticed that the majority of my received and placed calles are not even listed (especially to numbers that were dropped). I have my Moto ATA behind a Linksys BEFSR41 w/ Port forwarding. When the calls are dropped both of my PCs also lose the ability to connect to the internet for 2-3 minutes. again this does not appear to be a Comcast problem.
Are there any suggestions on how to trouble shot this to see if it is the router?
Also feed back on the Activity Log is welcome.[/img]

I dont really think it is

. When all the devices hooked to the router drop I am more inclined to start there. The problem is that by doing nothing it will come back on. It is like the router is reseting. My experience with routers has been that they are somewhat reliable and I dont really know how to tell what is causing the drop. The windown is small and usually I am trying to get the person back on the phone.
Is there a way to trouble shoot the router when the drops are not happening?
