Today is about the fifth or sixth time in the last week, that I've gone to log in to the web site to check for voicemail, look at my billing, etc. etc.
Their site is >>>SO<<< unstable. Half the time their login fails, other times their site is down completely. And if I do get it, it's slower than hell.
I'm accessing this from our DATACENTER at work. We have an OC3 connection to the net, so I know it's not a bum connection. Ridiculous.
Yes their web site is down but as long as it is not my phone the one going down, I don't care. I can always call the local number to check my voice mail or I can have my voice mail sent to me as an email attachment.

I disagree. I want this site to be up if i need to forward my phone calls, check my bill, or refer a friend. It needs to be much more stable than it is for my service to be everything i'm paying for.
I is not just the ability to log in but there is information missing. I also use the activity page on a regular basis and now I am noticing several calls are just missing both placed and received. Caller ID displays them but not the Vonage Site. Where are they?????
I will Note that the MCI web logon sucked. But I could forward my phone when needed with *72.
