My billing online shows that I have used 15 'In Account Minutes'. Can someone tell me what that is? As far as I know I don't speak to anyone using Vonage, and that would be 'In Network' minutes anyway.
Thanks, Mike |

If you look at the "Rate" column in the call details you should be able to tell which calls were In-Account versus In-Network or In-Plan.

Now I'm confused, because we only have one phone number. I don't know what 'In Account' minutes they are talking about if our home phone is the only number that we have. |

Do you have a Virtual Number??
all the calls to my SC Virtual Number come in as In-Account Minutes.. they are free, so you're fine with any charges.. |

Are you in the process of transferring your phone number to Vonage? If so, then you have a temporary vitrual number. If you call your currently-untransferred primary number from your temporary virtual number, then this is considered "In Account".
At least that was the only time I've seen "In Account". After my primary number was transferred to Vonage and the virtual number was deactivated, I've never seen this type of call in my bill again. |

That must be it. It must be showing those minutes that I call my voicemail to retrieve a voicemail message. |
