hey hey,

i lost the a/c cord to my linksys pap2, so i called them and ordered a new one. when it came today, i reinstalled everything according to the vonage directions, plugged the power cord into the pap/2, and no lights turned on. i switched outlets to see if that was the problem, but its not. anyone have any suggestions?

Is the Power rating in Watts (or milliamps) and DC Voltage rating listed on the power supply? If so, does it match the power requirements that are listed in your users manual? Do you have a multimeter in order to measure the output voltage of the power supply? You may have to return the power supply to Vonage if the Wattage (or current in milliamps) and Voltage do not meet specifications.
