Hi, I've had Vonage for about 6 months now and have never experienced any problems. For the last week I've been receiving calls but no one is there. It's more like there is some type of interference or something. The phone with ring for about a half of a ring and sometimes it does it twice in a row, then it just cuts off. The phone will say "incoming call" but thats it. When you pick it up, there is a dial tone. It's done it twice since I've been typing this out. If anyone is experiencing the same symptoms anything would be appreciated on how to fix it or what the problem is. Its gotten to the point where I have to turn my phone off at night just so I can get a full night's rest. Thanks so much!! |

Last night I unplugged the phone adapter thinking maybe it needed to "reset" itself, if that's even possible. I plugged it up today and haven't had any problems so far. I will be sure to update the status if something new happens and will contact customer care if I have more problems. |

I have had the phone do that from time to time. I have fixed the issue by resetting my RT31P2. Dont know why it does it. Does not happen that often to care |
