How to reach a person at Vonage?

I ordered my service last Friday, since I ordered it, it has been in "process". my bank has already been charged and checking the order status on the site shows the router hasn't been shipped. the last time I had this problem on a order with an online company the order was stuck in the system somewhere. I tried calling the 1-866-243-4357 number and was given the machine message that I had a half hour wait (as if I have a half hour to waste) I sent a email twice thru the website but I don't even get an automated response. is there some way to reach some one at Vonage?

Just as a data point, I placed my order on August 25th, and my box was delivered to my apartment in Albany, NY, on September 2nd. So took a little over a week to get here.

Your best bet is to try calling at a different time. Phone Support is 24/7, so take advantage of it.

Unfortunately I don't have 24/7 access to a phone to call from.
I had already cancled my previous phone service because of lack of phone service so I only have access to a phone when I'm at work.

Just to add to that, waiting on phone support is a royal pain, but at least it works. Email to Vonage is totally useless. I've tried that 3 times. Two of the responses took over a week each and were useless. On one I never got any response.

Pre-paid cell phones work as nice backups. Lol
