When you have already got your router and a primary Vonage line up and running, it seems a little unfair for them to then charge an extra £16.99 to connect the additional line on the router. Fair enough to pay the £9.99 for an extra unlimited line but to again be charged £16.99 for activating it is a little steep. Why don't they at least make it £5.99 like all the other additional features like, virtual number, change number and fax line are.

Also it would be more appropriate as a suggestion to make the fax line have all the features of a standard line too, after all the £5.99 charge only gives 250minutes of calls and no features, apart from caller display. Although it is "fax" line it is in effect an additional phone line for making and receiving calls.

Also whilst cancelling a fax line is free, cancelling an additional line brings the £23.99 charge,again a little unfair as one would only be cancelling the additional line and not the whole service.
