Busy weekend, and somehow the receipt for the RT31P2 that I bought on Saturday is missing. There's a $75 rebate on the router...am I done without that receipt?
If it matters, the router is bad and is being replaced by a new one tomorrow. I was already wondering about making the rebate happen when the original router is going back, but maybe that's a different story.
Thanks. |

Are you bringing it back to BestBuy? |

Vonage support is sending me a new one, along with a mailing label to send the bad one back. So, no, it's not going back to BBuy. |

Well, I would try calling the BB you bought it at. They may be able to print up another receipt. |

If you paid by credit card, Best Buy is very good about that. |

Is BB selling the RT31P2 now? I thought it was only given out by Vonage directly although it has been replaced by the RTP300 now. Just curious. |

I don't think the RTP300 is available retail yet... |

As I said in the first line of my post, I was asking about the RT32P2 since that's what the original post was implying. |

They have been selling the RT31P2 for a long time. |

MSA,
I wouldn't be too worried. Like dconner said, if you paid with a credit card and know the exact date of your purchase they should be able to reprint a copy of the receipt for you (I'm assuming that's another good reason for them asking for name, address, etc when we make purchases). And if you happened to pay with cash they should still be able to reprint receipt since when I inquired about lost exteneded warranty they told me not to worry that they have it in their system under my name and address. |
