I'm using F/W 1.30
Phones plugged into Port 1 and 2. Both phones work in Port 1, neither work in Port 2. Get the "Wrong Phone Port" error. Status shows "Idle" for both ports.
Is there a newer F/W to fix this? Could I have done something wrong?

Port 2 is only for a second phone/fax line. If you only have one line with Vonage, only Port 1 is activated on the device. In order to connect multple phones you will have to get a splitter or connect your home telephone wiring to the device. |

Phoenix is correct. Port 1 is actually Line 1, Port 2 is Line 2... if you only have one line with Vonage, then Port1/Line 1 is the active port & line. Port 2 is inactive, therefore will give you that message. |
