Just wondered why the itemised billing for calls on Vonage appears as 441 all the time.

Received calls show as coming in from 0xxx xxxx or anonymous etc but on the placed calls list they always show as from 441xxxxxxxxx to 441xxxxxxxx or 448xxxxxxx or 447xxxxxx instead of from 01xxxxxxx to 01xxxxxxx or 08xxxxxxxx , 07xxxxxxxxx

Mine has the entire number, looks like the numbers might be blocked somehow.

Painterjl, I think DBY416 was xx'ing out the full numbers to keep them personal.

I have just looked at my control panel and found that some numbers in the recieved calls list are displayed correctly and some are missing the first 0.

All numbers in the placed list are showing 441 at the start. Hopefully this is something that Vonage will be looking at fixing in the near future.

Yes I was xx'ing out the numbers for that reason.

I've also noticed some entries show without the 1st 0 too. This also happens on caller display

It is strange how the incoming ones generally show as complete numbers but outgoing always have this 441 format.

Like Jon, I hope they fix this too.

DBY,

I noticed this some time back and raised a ticket, not sure if I ever got a response.

Your absolutely correct, incomming and outgoing call logs are inconsistent with one display the number as I would prefer 01344123456 and the other as 441344123456

Crazy!

Regards,

Paul
