I've been looking for a "business-class" Voip service that will give me flawless reliability and voice quality. I'm wondering if I've found it. Anyone have experience with this company or know other services (the leading ones) like it?

I'd like to stick with Vonage because of all the features (such as virtual number) it has. But I need higher quality and reliability when I make and receive calls in my European office, and Vonage proved to be unreliable during my 2 month test run in Germany.

Your thoughts would be appreciated. I cut & paste from their FAQ below.

The only way someone can deliver upon a promise of higher quality Voip calls is to bundle it with their own Internet connection. This is done in the US by some cable companies and at least one large independent ISP.

Short of that, if a company is offering a guarantee then that probably means they will refund some part of your fees if you can prove there was a quality issue or outage that affected you (Service Level Agreement). However I would expect most companies to have exceptions covering your Internet connection since it is beyond their control.

Well the company that was edited out states that because their calls are routed through their own "carrier-grade network", it offers a substantially higher quality and reliability over Vonage, which is through the public Internet.

The monthly pricing is also comparable to Vonage, although they do charge on a per-minute basis on top of the monthly fee.

However, I'd pay it gladly for the quality assurance they appear to be guaranteeing.

Considering you're using it in Germany, unless the unmentioned provider has an active network in Germany (and you're connected directly to it), you're still going to have to deal with your internet provider and their upstream providers, which is usually where the Voip problems occur.
