Are you referring to the Vonage Special Offer coupon thats shown above?
If so, I believe that coupon is only for Vonage US customers. Though I think Vonage has refer-a-friend offers which can give credits to the referer and the referee.
If you are speaking of the $65 rebate. This is applied to your account after 90 days assuming you purchased the Vonage adaptor at a retail store. |

oh, I've got that problem too... got my PAP2 adapter from Futureshop, called up Vonage the same day (online activation didn't work), activated it thru the phone, set it all up... and then asked myself how in the world do they know to credit me the price of PAP2 adapter ($65)?!!
called up a few guys that work at Futureshop and they told me that rebate is available ONLY if you sign up in-store! like, what a hell? nobody told me that when I was buying it in the store...
any way to get that rebate otherwise?!
and where have you seen that refer-a-friend program for Vonage? any details? |

Yes it is true.
You either rent the adaptor from Vonage and pay ($20 activation/$20 shipping).. OR you goto a retail store and I think pay $75 there and Vonage will credit your account $65 (after 90 days).
But I suggest you just rent the adaptor from Vonage for the reasons I specifed here -> http://www.vonage-forum.com/ftopic8726.html |

so just by me saying to Vonage Customer Service Rep when I was signing up that I bought the adapter in store, they will credit my account? no mail-in rebates to send in, forms to fill out? I don't believe it... sounds too good to be true! |
