Can someone confirm how to check the version number. Last week when I checked my firmware (ifI did it correctly) it was still 1.00.28. I've had the router since May, but only last week was my number finally ported over so I'm only now using the service in force. My router has been on since May, and only has been rebooted a handful of times due to power failures or the such.
Since it seems to work well I think I'll stick with 28.

It's in the upper-right corner of most of the screens on the unit. Starts with 1.00.xx.
If you're on 1.00.28, you should thank your lucky stars for the moment, but Vonage will probably update your unit at some point. If you want an upgrade, you can call support and they'll ask for your phone number, log into your router, and upgrade you right quick.
