This is such a great idea, since google up phone numbers all the time. I installed Click2call and it worked for 1 day. It runs just fine on my computer, if I have internet exp open or ms word, or notepad, I highlight and press f6 and it brings up c2c and places the call perfect everytime. Everytime I do it it says "The call has been initialized successfully." and the phone rings right away and the caller id comes up C2C - XXXXXXX whatever number I put in. So everything works great up to this point. When I pick up the phone, it stays connected, but it's just blank. No one is there no matter what number I call. It just sits there. I have tested it out with my cell phone and other land line and when I pick up my Vonage line after doing c2c my cell or land line will not ring. So it's making the call to my Vonage line, but when I pick it up it doesn't complete the call. Like I said, I can just let it sit and nothing happends, no sounds, no nothing. Just dead. I have a ticket open with Vonage right now about it, so I am waiting to hear back. But has anyone else had this problem? It worked right the first day. I have tried re-installing it but I don't think it has to do with anything about the computer. Incoming calls work just fine, caller id works fine, even on c2c. So I am guessing it's something on there end. But just wondering if anyone else has had the same issue and how it was fixed. I will post what Vonage says if they ever get back to me. Not sure how good they are about replying, but we will see. I hope they fix it, great feature if it worked |

I have been experiencing the same problem, since I installed an RTP300. Even with patch 1.00.45, I continue to have the problem.
What is your configuration? |

Click2Call does not work with the new devices yet. According to Vonage they expect to have this fixed but would not provide a time line for this. |

I just have everything default. Everything else works just fine.

Where did you read that it doesn't work with new devices? |

It does not seem to be a problem with the PAP2. |

I have an RTP300 and have a similar problem. Pushing F6 gives exactly the same results experienced by the OP. However, copying and pasting the number to the number box in C2C makes it work fine. An Email from Vonage CS said I should re-install the software. I haven't bothered yet. |

I have an SP5120 and I haven't used the program in a while. I just got a new computer and when I F6 nothing happens. The program used to pop up.
Is that the firmware issue? |
