I still like www.testyourvoip.com for results. The QOS on Vonage's test seems to be the reliablity of you ISP to maintain that certain DL/UP during the test. |

AHHHH!! now that makes sense. I am currently experiencing some line issues with my ISP, so up DL/UL speeds vary greatly. Until I get the line tech out to run new cable and get my SNR dropped a bit more, I will just ignore that QOS field. |
