Post subject: How to connect to RTP300??
I have the following configuration:
Cable Modem to
Wireless Router to
RTP300 to
Phone Jack.
How can I or can I connect to the RTP300 to view the settings?
Thanks.

Don't know if there's a special login... Last resort would be to do a hard rest and go back to factory settings in which case you'd lose any special settings you made.

The 192.168.15.1 address only works if you are connected directly to the RTP300. If you want to access it from a different subnet, you need to enable external administration, which requires a direct connection first.

Just to add to what ZedZull said, make sure you put ":8080" at the end of the IP assigned to the RPT300 by your wireless router... otherwise you likely won't get in.
