The caller's voice is choppy and arrives in "slow motion" for about 5 seconds, at which time, real time voice resumes (losing 5 seconds of actual voice transmission).
The problem occurs on each call, about a minute into the call, and repeats roughly every minute thereafter.
How do I troubleshoot whether the problem source is modem, router, ISP or even Vonage?
Here's my setup: Location: Studio City, California ISP: Adelphia Cable internet
