I have deleted all my voicemail but I still hear the stutter dial tone when I pick up. Is something not working correctly?

Try to reset the vm. Call yourself and leave a message, wait a few minutes, and then call and retrieve the message.

When you erase the message, to end the call, use the "star" sign.

That should work (normally).

Thanks, the stutter tone is gone this morning. I guess it is just a timing thing.

sometimes that happens, voicemail was messed up the other day, that could have been the cause too.. annoying when it happens tho for sure..
