I would love to see a conference call feature included in the Business Package. One that includes conference calls up to 10 or 20 participants, each calling into a local number. If an 800 number is required, maybe add a cost to that. I am a personal and a business customer for Vonage, and am looking into Packet8 for my business needs, since they offer the Virtual Attendant and Conference Services for $10 less than the Vonage Business Unlimited account. I am a huge Vonage fan, but they have got to provide the features to remain competitive.
I spoke to Vonage Customer Care yesterday and was told that the conference calling feature is being worked on an intended to be released in November. We'll see...
