Post subject: Caller ID doesn't work, but Call Waiting ID Works (Kinda)
I've been a
Vonage
user for almost a year now. I just bought a VTech 5831 phone with caller ID. However, caller ID is not working correctly. On calls coming in on a free line, it just says "incoming call." On the other hand, call Waiting ID displays nothing, but if I look in the call log, the callerID and Name appears - only for call waitingID numbers. This is all calling in from the same cell phone, so I know that the number is not blocked.
Setup:
Comcast Cable Modem -> Linksys router -> Cisco ATA -> Vtech Phone
