I signed up for Vonage, and the first RTP300 they sent me was broken. They sent me a 2nd one, but told me to “send the old one back”.
So I got the new one, and it works fine. That was last week. After I got it all setup, I send an email to customer support asking what address I should send the old RTP300 to. I have yet to receive a reply to that email…
The guy on the phone when I was getting this all sorted out said that if I didn’t send the old one back, I’d be charged for it. How am I supposed to send it back if customer support won’t even reply to my email?
Does anyone here know which address I’m supposed to send this thing to? |
