What I think is a good idea ::: PHONE BOOK

A virtual phone book. This could serve multiple purposes. The obvious woud be a nice way for you to keep track of people you call and that call you. But some reasons you may not have thought of... My main thought behind this is so that when looking at your call detail instead of showing a number if it is a number in your phone book it would just show their name or nickname. Kinda make things simpler and easier to read. Another thing that could be done with it is when looking through your call detail lets say your old friend from college called you just click on their number and easily add it to your virtual phone book. Some other places this could go would be voice dialing. Be able to add voice tags to numbers in your virtual phone book. And when you pick up your phone you'd dial some specail code and then say "mom and dad" or whatever and it would dial the number according to the voice tag in your virtual phone book. Lotsa possibiliies I thought I'd just put my idea out there as I've seen voange is pretty quick to take new ideas and turn them into reality.

Very good idea. Vonage should implement it and pay you some royalties.

Well, if we're doing a wish list on Virtual Phonebooks - then I want MS Outlook connectivity so when I make a change to my Vonage Virtual Phonebook it asks me to updates my Outlook contacts, or at least lets me export it.

It's hard enough maintaining Outlook, cell phone, and the hundreds of other contact based devices without adding another one without some sort of connectivity between them.

However, it's an excellent idea overall.
