Even after you select your invoice for the month you want to view,
and click on "view call detail" at the bottom of the page, you only see the last couple days of the month. There is no way to go back and see all the calls for the bill cycle.

It appears you either have to 'view current activity' and go back in 7 day increments or you can use the 'advanced activity search'
to view a range of dates to see the calls placed. Either way
you will end up manually adding up all the minutes to see what your usage was to balance your minutes

I am going to download scerruti's spreadsheet tool and give it a try

I have sent an email and opened a case to the Vonage Billing folks, but the last time I did that it was about 6 weeks before anyone from Vonage responded to me.

This seems like an easy thing for Vonage to do.

I have an excel sheet that will break it down by the month using what his program pulled down if you would like it.

Here is a screen shot from last month's invoice. As you can see, no View Call Details link which appears next to the Printable Version link in the current billing period.

Hmm, the image didn't display for me in the forum, I had to pull it up by hand.

Anyway, the link for call details appears almost at the bottom of the page below the monthly usage summary.

I spot checked several invoices and each of them showed calls covering the complete billing period.

Do you have multiple numbers? If so you will have to select the number first from the drop down before it will show you the call details.
